Well Woman Womb Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
There are many many different forms of Yoga. Whilst I am certified and have taught hatha yoga for many years, I specialise in restorative yoga for stress & trauma, yoga for fertility, conception, pre natal and pregnancy yoga, post natal & baby yoga.
I have trained with many amazing teachers across the globe and blend a multitude of techniques and practices together to empowers women to really connect and understand how our changing cycles throughout life can be honoured, supported and nourished by appropriate yoga practice.
Our cycles share a deep wisdom for all women, which we can discover through practices which bring us in touch with ourselves to heal, revitalise and transform.
Well Woman Womb Yoga brings an increase in awareness and in energy flow through your body, improving the function of the endocrine and reproductive system menstrual health. Using breath and movement to nourish and nurture your body. Honouring your cycles and understanding on a deeper level. This form of yoga benefits the neuroendocrine system assisting hormonal levels and creating new foundations for emotional stability. Physically yoga improves blood circulation, postural alignment, muscle tone and balance.
I teach privately in my studio or in the comfort of your own home. I also teach partner yoga for pregnancy and birth.
These sessions are specifically tailored to your own needs and provide great nourishment for your body, whether it be around your own personal moon time (your 'period'), for conception and fertility, for pregnancy, for post natal care or for womb health throughout all stages of life.
